Role Overview

As a Retail Marketing Representative, you will engage and educate potential customers, drive appointments with decision-makers, and assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. You will also share customer feedback and insights with management to support continuous improvement of future initiatives.

Compensation

This position offers fixed hourly wages and performance-based bonuses. Compensation details include:

• $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities
• Bonuses increase by $5.00 each year of employment, with a cap of $75.00 per appointment
• Bonuses based on performance (full and part-time)
• $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO or a (DNS) Did not sell, by the sales team. Bonus is provided even if the lead does not sell
• Senior Brand Ambassador: If above-average metrics are maintained for 3 months consecutively, earn the title and receive a $2.00 per hour increase to $22.00 per hour, plus a $10 per demo increase to $50 per demo

Vehicle Allowance and Travel

The role is based out of Richmond, VA with travel up to 90%. Travel pay is provided as a flat rate (not mileage) to cover gas, wear-and-tear, and time.

• 30-60 miles round trip: $50/day
• 61-80 miles: $60/day
• 81-100 miles: $70/day
• 101-120 miles: $80/day
• 121-150 miles: $90/day
• 151-180 miles: $100/day
