Retail Marketing Representative

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is hiring a Retail Marketing Representative to engage the community, support events, and help drive appointments with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate: Communicate the value of the brand and products to potential customers.
• Drive appointments: Book meetings with decision-makers to present the company’s solutions.
• Event support: Assist with setting up, executing, and breaking down events to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide valuable insights: Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism with energy: Keep a professional demeanor, stay energetic, and engage positively with others.

• Work eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour
• Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities
• Annual bonus increase: $5.00 increase on bonuses each year employed, with a cap of $75.00 per appointment
• Performance-based: Full and part-time roles eligible
• Per-appointment bonus: $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO, including cases where the lead is marked DNS (Did not sell) by our sales team
• Senior Brand Ambassador pathway: If above average metrics are maintained for 3 consecutive months, earn Senior Brand Ambassador status and receive:
  • $2.00/hour increase (to $22.00/hour)
  • $10 per demo increase (to $50 per demo)

Vehicle Allowance

• Main office: Roanoke, VA
• Flat-rate travel pay (not mileage) covers gas, wear-and-tear, and time
• 30–60 miles round trip: $50/day
• 61–80 miles: $60/day
• 81–100 miles: $70/day
• 101–120 miles: $80/day
• 121–150 miles: $90/day
• 151–180 miles: $100/day
