Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads, Google Shopping & SEO)
Job Description
This onsite role at Fragrance bliss co in Brooklyn, NY oversees Meta Ads, Google Shopping, and SEO to drive online growth and scale ecommerce sales. The position offers a yearly salary of USD 70,000 to 120,000.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Oversee Google Ads with emphasis on Shopping, Search, and Performance Max initiatives.
- Optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center for accuracy and performance.
- Improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CAC, and average order value (AOV).
- Design and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Monitor advertising budgets and identify opportunities for profitable scaling.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization decisions.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research focusing on high-converting fragrance and beauty terms.
- Optimize product pages, collections, blog content, and landing pages for search engines.
- Enhance on-page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Monitor Google Search Console and address indexing and technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with developers or Shopify apps to improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and site performance.
- Identify backlink opportunities and propose strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and organic revenue growth.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Search Console to measure performance.
- Create dashboards and deliver weekly reports highlighting KPIs, wins, and recommendations.
- Partner with management to develop long-term customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stay current with updates to Google's algorithms, SEO best practices, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for ecommerce brands.
- Strong experience with Google Shopping, Google Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Proven SEO experience with measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and revenue.
- Experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to scale profitable advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
