Marketing Representative (Retail & Events)

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Representative (Retail & Events), you’ll help introduce homeowners to All Weather Seal’s products and services while creating an engaging experience at retail stores and community events. Your focus is on educating customers, generating qualified leads, and moving conversations forward by scheduling free in-home consultations.

• Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events
• Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers about windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
• Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area
• Work toward individual and team lead generation goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
