Marketing Manager
Job Description
RadiFi Credit Union offers a hybrid Marketing Manager role in Jacksonville, FL, partnering with the Chief Marketing Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives. You will lead the Marketing Department, drive campaigns, events, and partnerships that support growth and strengthen the member experience while contributing to the organization’s community impact.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CMO with day to day workflow, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead and develop Marketing team members to boost performance and accountability.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Cultivate a collaborative, communicative, high performing department culture.
- Serve as a point of contact to remove obstacles, plan next steps, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain hands on involvement by contributing directly to marketing outputs.
- Help plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, campaign summaries, and leadership updates.
- Support marketing calendars, project timelines, and communication plans.
- Monitor department priorities, projects, and vendor deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage campaigns from concept through execution, reporting, and follow up.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, messaging, approvals, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify objectives and deadlines.
- Execute multi channel campaigns across digital, email, web, in branch, and events.
- Track performance and propose optimization strategies.
- Support campaign reporting and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand standards, growth goals, and community impact.
- Attend events and represent RadiFi as needed.
- Assist with staffing, logistics, promotion, and post event follow up.
- Assess event effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and brand aligned.
- Review and assist in developing content across channels.
- Preserve a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign assets.
- Proofread and approve materials prior to distribution.
- Assist with website updates, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor engagement, campaign performance, and online reputation.
- Support tracking tools such as UTM links, landing pages, and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the digital member experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution.
- Obtain estimates, review proofs, and track deliverables.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoices, and expense management.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets.
- Track marketing performance metrics including campaigns, events, and engagement.
- Maintain documentation such as calendars, timelines, and project files.
- Support departmental planning and internal communications.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform additional job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of marketing management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Schedule and travel
- This position is primarily based at Park Street Headquarters.
- Local travel is required for meetings, events, partner activities, vendor meetings, branch support, and community engagement.
- Early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required based on events, sponsorships, campaigns, or business needs.
- The role supports team coverage for community engagement and event activities as needed.
Physical requirements
- Ability to bend, sit, and stand for extended periods with limited physical exertion; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Capable of climbing and descending stairs in emergency situations.
- Ability to operate routine office equipment such as computers, keyboards, telephones, copiers, and calculators.
- Ability to work at a computer for about 6 to 8 hours per day when necessary.
- Willingness to work extended hours or travel off site as required by management.
- Reliable and timely attendance.
- Ability to work independently or with limited supervision, and to contribute in a team setting.
- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
- Able to perform basic math, spell accurately, and use computer basics.

Work environment

- Work in both indoor and outdoor event settings with varying weather, noise levels, and conditions.
