MARKETING LIAISON - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
Job Description
Based onsite in Saginaw, Michigan, the Marketing Liaison for Occupational Health promotes Covenant HealthCare's occupational health services to local businesses, builds and sustains client relationships, assesses satisfaction, and drives growth in the client base, patient volumes, and overall revenue.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients.
- Contributes to organizational targets for patient satisfaction and net operating margin.
- Develops and executes a marketing plan aligned with the strategic objectives of Occupational Medicine.
- Sets and pursues measurable goals and objectives for activities.
- Engages with the business community and represents Covenant Occupational Health at events such as Chamber of Commerce functions and other community activities.
- Establishes new customer relationships.
- Performs telephone prospecting, cold calling, and solicits client referrals.
- Crafts and implements a service plan for new clients based on an assessment of their occupational health needs.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of occupational health issues.
- Visits existing client companies to evaluate ongoing needs.
- Monitors client satisfaction and informs program development.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive database of marketing information.
- Plans, develops, and delivers educational workshops, conferences, and seminars.
- Supports the creation of promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare.
- Three to five years of experience in Marketing or Sales; healthcare experience is preferred, with emphasis in occupational medicine.
- Working knowledge of MIOSHA, NIOSH, and DOT regulations.
- Understanding of the State of Michigan workers compensation laws.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem solving skills and a high level of initiative and motivation.
- Two or more years of PC based computer skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
