Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

Apex Media Solutions LLC is building a focused inside sales team to help small and local businesses grow through digital marketing and advertising. In this full-time, in-office role in Stuart, FL, you’ll receive live inbound calls and work directly with business owners to turn conversations into closed B2B deals.

If you prefer closing over prospecting and want a clear performance scoreboard, this position pairs phone sales conversations with structured targets, CRM tracking, and a compensation plan built around base pay plus commission and bonuses.

Role overview

• Position: Inside Sales Representative (Digital Marketing)
• Location: Stuart, FL (onsite)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Employment: Full-time
• Compensation: USD 57,000 - 99,000 per year (base pay plus commission and bonuses)

What you’ll be doing

• Talk with business owners to understand what they need and close.
• Handle objections with confidence and ask for the sale.
• Maintain clean, accurate notes in the CRM.
• Work toward clear daily and weekly targets.

What you’ll be selling

• Digital marketing and advertising services for small and local businesses.
• Solutions designed to help owners get found online and bring in more customers.

How the leads come in

• No dialing.
• No prospecting.
• No door knocking.
• No chasing leads that went cold last month.
• Inbound conversations come to you, and your job is to turn them into deals.

Requirements

• You’d rather be closing than prospecting.
• You start from a “no” and keep the conversation moving.
• You want a scoreboard and motivation to be at the top.
• You have phone sales experience and are ready to build on it.
• You can reliably commute Monday–Friday.
• You can answer application questions about commission comfort, years of phone/inside sales experience, and your start date.
