Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

This Inside Sales Representative role supports a digital marketing and advertising company operating from the Port St. Lucie office. The position focuses on converting live inbound calls from local business owners into closed deals, with paid training and commission-based compensation.

Role Overview

Working onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL, you will handle inbound conversations and move prospects toward purchase. The role emphasizes consistent performance against daily and weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners to understand their needs and close the sale.
• Respond to objections with confidence and move the conversation toward a commitment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes in the company CRM.
• Meet established daily and weekly targets.

Required Qualifications

• Preference for closing over prospecting.
• Comfort starting conversations with “no” and continuing until the end of the discussion.
• Motivation from performance tracking and a desire to be at the top of the scoreboard.
• Phone sales experience, with readiness to build on it.
• Ability to commute Monday through Friday reliably to the Port St. Lucie office.

Training and Tools

• Paid training on the company process, services, and how to use the CRM.

Compensation

Base pay + commission + daily and weekly bonuses.

• Earn $1,100–$1,900 per week (equivalent to $57,000–$99,000 per year).
• Weekly base pay to avoid starting a week at zero.
• Commission earned on every deal, plus daily and weekly bonuses.
