A Healthcare Marketing Admissions Coordinator role with Advanced Home Health is based in Pocatello, Idaho and onsite. The position centers on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, discharge personnel, referral sources, and other stakeholders while promoting the value of Advanced Home Health services. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate outreach, marketing strategies, and referral development initiatives to expand access to high-quality home health services. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, discharge personnel, referral sources, and other key stakeholders, while communicating the benefits of Advanced Home Health services.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate outreach, marketing strategies, and referral development initiatives that expand access to high-quality home health services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a nationally accredited program
• Experience in healthcare marketing
• Clinical or healthcare experience (such as nursing, therapy, social work, case management, or discharge planning) with the ability to build professional relationships and promote services; home health or hospice experience is preferred
• Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare admissions, intake, referral coordination, case management, discharge planning, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication
• Access to a well functioning automobile for traveling to healthcare facilities in the Pocatello, ID and surrounding areas
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with agency requirements

Experience

• Admissions Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
