Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Specialist is the on-the-ground representative for RE-BATH, partnering with national locations to strengthen engagement and support lead generation and sales. This role includes store education, coordination of promotional and appreciation activities, and attendance at meetings and public-facing events across the Cleveland, OH area.

Location and Schedule

• Location: Cleveland, OH (onsite)
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Shift: Day shift (required)

Compensation

• Salary: USD 45,000 per year
• Additional compensation: Bonus potential and ability to work overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and educate store employees at partner locations
• Plan and participate in store appreciation events
• Develop strong relationships with store management, building a first name basis connection
• Share information with stores on upcoming promotions, sales, and relevant business changes
• Identify key lead generation employees within each store
• Review store performance on a monthly basis
• Host lead events at high value stores
• Represent RE-BATH at regional or district level meetings
• Represent RE-BATH at trade shows, home shows, and similar events
• Restock brochures and promotional materials and ensure displays are in satisfactory condition
• Report partner store needs to production

Requirements

• Communications background: ability to deliver effective messaging during every interaction, strong training capability, and understanding of industry terminology
• Highly collaborative approach
• Experience: trade show, lead generation, or event planning experience
• Technology: experience using a Customer Relationship Management system and Google Suite Services
• Driving eligibility: valid license, insurance, and a clean driving record
