Event Marketing Specialist

The Event Marketing Specialist role with Renewal by Andersen - The Birner Group is focused on creating meaningful customer interactions while representing the brand in the field. Based in Tyrone, PA, this full-time opportunity supports retail locations and community events across Western Pennsylvania, helping connect with homeowners and guide them toward complimentary consultations.

You will be the on-site presence that engages attendees, shares product information, and helps ensure a smooth, positive experience from first conversation to consultation scheduling.

What you’ll do

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations and community events
• Engage homeowners and communicate information about the company’s products
• Schedule complimentary consultations with design consultants
• Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction

Schedule, travel, and work setting

• Onsite in Tyrone, PA
• Full-time position
• Travel to retail locations and events throughout Western Pennsylvania
• Some commuting may involve up to 1–2 hours from home
• Mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles round trip in a single day
• In-person role
