Event Marketing Associate

Join Bay Home & Window as a part-time Event Marketing Associate supporting partner locations and events across the Bay Area.

• Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth display throughout the day
• Engage with potential customers to educate and help them learn about available products
• Interface with partner management teams during on-site events
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot
• Assist with booth clean-up at the end of the event

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously
• Dependable and ambitious
• Well-groomed and punctual
• Valid Driver’s License and car insurance (required)
• Safe and reliable transportation (required)
• Consistent availability on weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift 10–20 lbs
• Able to work both independently and in groups

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new customers at Bay Area partner locations and events
• Receive training to share products, answer customer questions, and support appointment setting for the design team
• Help connect Bay Home & Window with new customers through in-person interactions
• Participate in coaching and mentorship from a dedicated management team
