Role Overview

In this onsite opportunity, you will connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and help schedule free in-home consultations. When working events, you will engage homeowners at community locations and coordinate consultation appointments. Training is provided, along with commission and bonuses based on appointments you set.

Scheduling and Shifts

Schedule details depend on the specific marketing coverage needed:

• Neighborhood Marketing Representative: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Event Marketing Representative: Wednesday to Sunday, 5-hour shifts

Event shift windows may include 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Shifts are scheduled based on business needs, and availability is accommodated when possible.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be outgoing, motivated, and reliable
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Weekend availability is required for Event Marketing positions

Compensation and Earnings

This role provides a base hourly rate with the opportunity to increase earnings through bonuses and commission:

• Base pay: $18.00 per hour
• Potential earnings: can earn up to $20–$30 per hour (Base Pay + Bonuses + Commission)
• Average earnings: $20–$30 per hour
• Pay frequency: from $18.00 per hour
