Entry Level Marketing Representative

Southern National Roofing is hiring an entry-level, full-time marketing representative for a face-to-face, field-based W-2 role in Winston-Salem, NC. In this onsite position, you’ll spend your day in residential neighborhoods, helping homeowners understand a free roof inspection service and setting appointments for in-home estimates.

You’ll work outdoors and stay active while talking with people directly, using your communication skills to connect and build trust. The role is designed for someone with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed, supported by training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in assigned neighborhoods

• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and from the office
• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday

Compensation & Earning Potential

• W-2 full-time position
• Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000–$70,000+

Schedule

• On-site role
• Monday–Saturday availability between 9am–7pm
• No overnight travel
