Entry Level Marketing Representative

Southern National Roofing is hiring an Entry Level Marketing Representative for a full-time, W-2 role based in York, PA, focused on face-to-face, field community marketing.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned neighborhoods on a scheduled route
• Engage homeowners face-to-face in residential areas
• Explain the free roof inspection service
• Set appointments for in-home estimates
• Work outdoors and remain on your feet during field activities

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking directly with people face-to-face
• Positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
• Professional appearance
• Great communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from the office
• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am and 7pm, Mon-Sat

Schedule and Work Setup

• Monday–Saturday availability between 9am–7pm
• No overnight travel

Compensation

• W-2 full-time employment
• Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000–$70,000+
