Entry Level Marketing Representative

Southern National Roofing is seeking an entry-level Marketing Representative to join a full-time, W-2 face-to-face field team in Charlotte, NC. In this onsite role, you’ll connect with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, walk them through a free roof inspection, and help set up appointments for in-home estimates.

You’ll work with a team that supports training and structure, moving the process from first conversation to scheduled next steps. The job is outdoors and requires consistent mobility throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Work in assigned neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners face-to-face
• Explain Southern National Roofing’s free roof inspection service
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates
• Work outdoors and on your feet

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to and from the office
• Ability to work 40 hours within 9am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday

Compensation and Benefits

This is a W-2 full-time position with hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings are $40,000–$70,000+.

• On-site role in Charlotte, NC
• Availability Monday to Saturday between 9am and 7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
