Entry Level Junior Marketing Associate

Limitless Acquisitions, Inc is seeking an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate to support customer-facing promotions for client brands. This onsite role focuses on face-to-face marketing in retail and community settings, where you will engage with customers, share product and service information, and help them move from interest to sign-up or purchase.

Based in West Hartford, CT and in person, this position offers a structured training path and performance-based incentives, along with long-term growth opportunities.

Role Overview

• Promote products and services directly to customers through face-to-face campaigns in retail and community environments.
• Represent client brands during on-site marketing activities.
• Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through direct marketing campaigns ON-SITE in retail environments.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company and client compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• USD 50,917 - 61,320 per year.
• Hourly pay plus performance-based incentives (paid weekly).
