Nike is hiring a full-time, entry-level EKIN PRE in Retail Marketing to support Nike Running initiatives in Running Specialty stores, onsite in Orange, California, with travel up to 75% and a focus on delivering runner experiences, building community, and coordinating events with RSG accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily consistency, cohesion, and impact for Nike Running by nurturing relationships and delivering elevated runner experiences in collaboration with culture-forward Running Specialty retail partners.
• Assess accounts to identify opportunities for growing running culture within their markets.
• Bring pivotal running moments to life in partnership with RSG accounts as Nike Running's on-the-ground representative.
• Leverage market knowledge to localize Nike Running's presence in collaboration with RSG accounts.
• Use your passion for running to authenticate and convey authentic brand stories within the marketplace.
• Engage actively with the running community and collaborate to advance running culture through the lens of Running Specialty.
• Serve as the pulse of consumers, community, and competition across the broader running landscape, spotting themes and emergent opportunities for Nike Running.

Requirements

• Deep passion for running and the Nike brand.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• At least 1 year of directly relevant work experience in fields such as retail, sales, customer service, mentoring, or instructing; event agency or large-scale special events experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of the running market, including consumer trends, local market hotspots, and retail destinations.
• Ability to connect with people, facilitate meetings, and make strategic recommendations, including translating consumer signals into planning and content iteration.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time (including using a personal vehicle) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some background in retail and a genuine love for the retail environment.
