Direct Marketing Manager (Canvass)

Compensation
USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead the local canvassing culture by modeling desired behaviors and techniques for the team.
- Ensure a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint of the canvassing process.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Oversee a comprehensive training program, including training sessions, role playing, field supervision, and team motivation.
- Monitor and coach all Team Leads to ensure adherence to procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
- Provide strategy management and tactical execution for canvassing initiatives.
- Develop and implement canvass strategies that generate and cultivate leads through door-to-door activities regionally.
- Lead program launches through strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of canvassing activities.
- Develop immediate, short-term, and long-term market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing large teams.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent training and coaching skills.
- Ability to think strategically with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to self-manage time and budget to achieve objectives.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of canvassing programs and teams.
- Understanding of the role of marketing communications, sales promotions, and advertising.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
