Business Development/Marketing Coordinator

AAPG Law is hiring a full-time Business Development/Marketing Coordinator to support growth through relationship-building and community referrals. This is a 100% field-based role with regular travel across the Central Missouri area, combined with outreach to promote the firm’s services.

Role Overview

The position focuses on marketing the firm through active engagement with Nursing Home staff and prospective client families. The coordinator will travel to Nursing Home facilities to establish and strengthen referral relationships, represent the firm with professionalism, and meet with referred families to collect intake information.

Work location: Hybrid remote in Columbia, MO 65202.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to Nursing Home facilities to connect with staff and generate referrals
• Build, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with referral sources
• Represent the firm’s services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion
• Engage directly with Nursing Home teams and prospective client families
• Meet with potential clients referred by facilities to gather intake information

Required Qualifications

• 5 years or greater of outside sales experience in the healthcare, financial services, legal services, or professional services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of the individuals and families served

Compensation

• Pay: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
