Assistant General Manager — Growth & Sales

Location and Employment Details

• Location: Wimberley, TX (onsite)
• Work mode: In person
• Employment: Full-Time
• Salary: USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customer leads
• Prospect for Airbnb and residential cleaning accounts
• Place sales calls and provide follow-up to potential customers
• Network with businesses, property managers, realtors, offices, and other potential clients
• Build relationships with prospects and convert them into paying customers
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to support customer acquisition
• Manage social media and online marketing efforts
• Track leads, sales activity, and customer growth
• Support customer retention and identify additional sales opportunities
• Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing cleaning staff
• Maintain high customer-service and quality standards
• Work directly with the General Manager to meet aggressive growth goals

Requirements

• Marketing and sales experience (required)
• Comfortable making cold calls and approaching potential customers
• Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

Compensation and Performance Incentives

• Base pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
• Incentives: Performance bonuses / commission
• Earning potential: Compensation increases based on effort and the amount of business brought in
