Platphorm is hiring an Organic Growth Marketing Manager to own end-to-end organic growth across multiple brands and products.

Own organic search strategy end-to-end across multiple brands, including keyword and intent research, content roadmap, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data
Build and lead the growing answer-engine optimization (AEO) practice, focused on how brands are cited and recommended by LLMs and AI search products
Measure visibility in AI/answer surfaces and connect organic performance to business outcomes
Collaborate with marketing and community teams to grow an authentic presence on Reddit and similar platforms through value-first participation
Monitor brand mentions, identify communities for genuine contribution, and develop programs that put real users and service providers in front of community audiences
Write and publish organic content yourself (landing page copy, comparison pages, guides)
Partner with engineering on technical SEO fixes and develop a business case for that work
Provide organic-informed input to marketing on landing pages and content; support social content strategy and execution as needed
Report organic contribution in business terms including qualified traffic, signups, and revenue attribution, not only rankings or views

3–5 years in SEO, organic growth, or content-driven acquisition with demonstrated ownership of results (traffic, signups, or revenue; not just rankings)
Comfort working with consumer platforms that include adult themes, mature content, and dating-related content
Strong technical SEO fundamentals: crawl analysis, JavaScript rendering issues, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and analytics
Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and a point of view on how LLM-driven search changes organic strategy
Reddit fluency: understanding community norms, what can lead to brands being banned, and how to build presence that compounds
Strong writing ability with capability to produce publishable content when needed
Data comfort: GA4, Search Console, and at least one major SEO toolset (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar) plus spreadsheet-level analysis
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools in workflow with a clear perspective on how they affect organic marketing
Clear communication style; comfortable partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; self-directed and accountable for results
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with active communication between team members
