Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display networks, CTV, and emerging platforms
Focus on new customer acquisition using segmentation, lookalike audiences, and performance testing to identify and grow high-value audiences
Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage existing buyers and increase customer lifetime value
Continuously optimize campaigns toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Collaborate with Web Designers and Brand Strategist to ensure consistent creative, messaging, and targeting across channels

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT or related discipline
Proficiency with digital advertisement platforms
Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within specified timelines
