Job Description

Aromas Med Spa is hiring a proactive, hands-on in-person Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing across three Florida locations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and content calendars
Partner with management to promote treatments, providers, memberships, products, and events
Create campaigns to attract new patients, reactivate existing clients, and support providers with available appointments
Manage project timelines, approved budgets, and campaign execution
Recommend improvements based on performance and business priorities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
Develop ad creative and strategy, including copy, images, videos, audience strategies, and creative variations
Monitor spend to keep campaigns within approved budgets
Test offers, messaging, targeting, creative assets, and landing pages
Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and call-tracking tools
Collaborate with management and reception to review lead quality, bookings, attendance, and sales
Follow platform advertising requirements for medical aesthetics and wellness services
Maintain and update the company website, including treatment pages, provider profiles, promotions, images, and booking links
Design, build, publish, and optimize landing pages for campaigns, services, and events
Improve mobile usability, navigation, calls to action, and conversion opportunities
Test forms, booking links, tracking, and lead routing
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues within the existing platform
Coordinate hosting, domain, and software needs, plus advanced technical support with approval for external expenses
Manage local and on-page SEO for all three locations
Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and website content
Create and update service pages, location pages, and educational content
Maintain Google Business Profiles (business information, services, photos, and updates)
Monitor organic visibility, organic traffic, indexing, and local performance
Identify technical SEO issues and implement or coordinate improvements
Support review management while protecting patient privacy
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other approved social channels
Plan, film, photograph, edit, schedule, and publish content
Create treatment videos, educational content, provider introductions, testimonials, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content
Coordinate content production across Doral, Kendall, and Weston, including concepts, scripts, participants, and schedules
Obtain required patient permissions and clinical approvals before publication
Write captions and adapt content to each platform
Monitor comments and route appointment inquiries to the appropriate team
Organize original footage, photographs, and editable creative files
Design brochures, business cards, invitations, flyers, signage, and promotional materials
Create graphics for social media, advertising, emails, website banners, and events
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with approved printing vendors
Maintain consistent branding across all locations and channels
Create and update promotional videos and graphics for ScreenCloud displays
Develop promotional emails, newsletters, event invitations, and client-reactivation campaigns
Create campaign copy, graphics, audience segments, and calls to action
Manage or coordinate implementation and distribution through Zenoti and other approved platforms
Update automated marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing communications
Test layouts, links, offers, and scheduling before launch, and confirm approved campaigns are distributed correctly
Analyze performance and recommend improvements
Prepare promotional materials for approved WhatsApp and SMS campaigns
Maintain a shared calendar of campaigns, deadlines, and pending projects
Provide weekly progress updates and monthly performance reports
Track advertising spend, leads, cost per lead, bookings, and attributable revenue where measurement allows
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and the inquiry-to-booking process
Maintain access to marketing accounts, data, and creative assets
Coordinate approved external vendors and technical specialists when required

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
Experience managing websites, building landing pages, and implementing SEO improvements
Strong video production, editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills
Proficiency with relevant tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, WordPress (or similar), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
Strong organization, initiative, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities
Ability to work in person across Doral, Kendall, and Weston
Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or another service-based business is preferred
Familiarity with Zenoti and ScreenCloud is a plus

Assigned location varies based on monthly planning, campaigns, content production, and business needs
Ability to work at all three locations and travel between them as needed

Compensation

Starting salary: $60,000 per year (equivalent to $5,000 gross per month)
Pay range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Future compensation reviews and expanded responsibility opportunities depend on performance and business needs
