Job Description

On site, part-time Office Operations and Marketing Coordinator role based in Yountville, supporting agents and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, agents, and guests with courteous, high quality service
Handle and direct inbound phone calls
Manage new agent onboarding paperwork
Maintain a clean, polished, and professional office environment
Order and oversee office supplies inventory
Manage inbound and outbound mail and shipments
Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and manage vendor services
Keep confidential files and information organized and secure
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for new listings
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for open houses
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for price improvements
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for pending sales
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for just sold properties
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for company announcements
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for agent recognition
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for recruiting campaigns
Generate and schedule branded social media posts for community involvement and office events
Maintain consistent branding across Facebook, Instagram, and additional marketing platforms
Design marketing materials including property flyers

Support agents with listing launch marketing activities

Provide administrative support for transaction-related processes
Coordinate signage installation requests
Monitor marketing deadlines
Ensure marketing requests align with office timelines
Support agents with Sotheby's International Realty marketing resources and technology platforms
