Job Description

SD WHEEL CORP is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to own marketing and brand execution with the goal of driving sales growth, protecting brand wellbeing, and maximizing profits. This role blends campaign leadership, cross-team collaboration, and mentorship so your work translates directly into measurable impact.

Work setup: Full-time, onsite in Wrightstown, WI. You will be supported by open communication expectations and a team culture built around follow-through and accountability.

Responsibilities

Independently execute marketing campaigns designed to grow audience and revenue, using available products to achieve monthly sales targets and drive maximum profits.
Collaborate with existing support divisions to deploy monthly marketing campaigns effectively.
Work with the supply-chain team to promote what is in stock and/or high value brands.
Manage financial analytics and sales performance management.
Mentor team members through weekly 1:1s, helping teams understand efficiency, workflow independence, and ROI to support growth opportunities.
Identify and apply cutting-edge content strategies and trends to grow social channels across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and new social platforms.
Use internal and external relationships with vendors and ambassadors to manage brand perception, coordinate exclusive promotions/products, and ensure campaigns have the right information and product focus.
Coordinate with the Digital Advertising team so content and advertisements align with brand tone and brand guidelines.
Monitor sales and other key driver metrics to track campaign effectiveness and execution.
Pinpoint new product lines to market and partner with supply chain teams to bring them to fruition.
Support planning and on-site activation of shows or other in-person events.

Competence in Lean Business Performance management systems.
Competence in marketing management systems and catch ball techniques.
Competence in brand origination, brand tone, and understanding the voice of the customer.
Competence in organic, video, and social channel strategies that drive audience growth.
Competence in problem-solving using data and analytics.
Ability to think strategically to position your division ahead of the competition in brand and marketing tactics.
Leadership skills that inspire and lead a team through strategic plans and develop passionate leaders.
Ability to address problems quickly, root-cause issues, and implement solutions same day.
Associates degree in Marketing or Business.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, preferred.
3+ years of branding experience.
3+ years of expertise in campaign execution and consumer insights.
Previous experience in cross-functional leadership.
