Job Description

Onsite Digital Marketing and Inventory Specialist role in Walkertown, NC, combining multi channel marketing execution with inventory coordination to support brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEM, and display to raise brand awareness and engage customers.
Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to boost organic visibility and traffic through targeted content creation and on page optimization.
Maintain WordPress and other CMS platforms to keep site content current, engaging, and search friendly.
Design visuals with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to support campaigns and social content.
Optimize landing pages and product pages to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory, analyze stock levels via SQL or other systems, and ensure accurate product listings across marketplaces.
Leverage marketing automation tools to run email campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer retention.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails to identify top performing tactics for campaigns.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on B2B marketing to broaden outreach and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Proven experience with Google Ads, SEM platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation software.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
Proficiency managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous.
Skilled in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; capable of creating engaging visual content for multiple channels.
Experience managing social media across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, including paid campaigns.
Ability to analyze data from diverse sources to inform decision making; experience with performance metrics for digital campaigns is essential.
Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of e commerce platforms and inventory systems to ensure seamless product listings and stock management.
