AlderLaw, PC is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to guide the firm’s marketing strategy across multiple brands and growth initiatives. Based in Valley Village, CA, this onsite role is accountable for team leadership, agency and vendor partnerships, campaign performance, analytics, and online reputation management.
The role includes building integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, owning performance across brands, and partnering closely with Intake and firm leadership to strengthen marketing attribution and ROI reporting from the first lead through a signed case.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the firm’s marketing team across multiple brands and business initiatives.
- Act as primary leader and point of accountability for the marketing department.
- Manage internal marketing personnel and marketing-adjacent team members, along with agencies, vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Set clear priorities, accountability, KPIs, and reporting across the department.
- Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, television, radio, streaming, outdoor advertising, social media, public relations, and community marketing and business development initiatives.
- Own marketing strategy and performance across all brands.
- Evaluate performance continuously and optimize return on investment.
- Partner with Intake and firm leadership to improve marketing attribution and ROI reporting from initial lead through signed case.
- Collaborate across departments so marketing initiatives align with firm goals and the overall client experience.
- Oversee creative assets including video, photography, website content, social media, print materials, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and internal communications.
- Maintain consistent voice and visual identity across all brands.
- Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and evolving marketing best practices.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Measure and report on marketing performance, lead generation, brand awareness, client acquisition, and ROI.
- Ensure vendors, agencies, and strategic partners are accountable for measurable results.
- Present regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Oversee online reputation management, including review generation and response processes.
- Monitor client feedback and identify ways to strengthen the firm’s reputation and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Experience building recognizable regional or multi-location brands.
- Experience leading marketing across multiple brands or business units (preferred).
- Proven experience managing internal teams, agencies, and outside vendors.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and business intelligence reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset that balances analytics with creativity.
- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
- Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance and team efficiency.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the CEO and COO and includes a regular meeting cadence with executive leadership to review marketing performance, KPIs, priorities, budgets, ROI, and strategic initiatives.
Location, Schedule, and Compensation
- Location: Valley Village, CA (onsite); Valley Village, CA 91607 (required)
- Work location: In person
- Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
- Additional expectations: Occasional evening and weekend availability for community events, conferences, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and firm functions; ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
