You will execute day-to-day marketing work across digital and channel touchpoints, drive promotions and communications, and coordinate assets to support campaigns and product launches. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll translate direction and available materials into clear, actionable deliverables and help evolve how we execute marketing programs over time.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day marketing tasks across digital and channel touchpoints guided by established priorities and direction.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all outputs in accordance with SHUR-CO brand guidelines.
- Publish and refresh website content to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage email campaigns and social posts using approved messaging and templates.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery across all digital channels.
- Maintain lists to support targeted communications.
- Create and maintain sales tools and materials (sell sheets, presentations, product information) using existing content.
- Partner with Sales to keep materials accurate, current, and easy to use.
- Assist in developing and executing the promotions calendar with Sales.
- Deliver marketing communications and materials for channel partners.
- Support partner promotions and ensure consistency across partner-facing materials.
- Execute marketing deliverables for product launches using provided messaging and assets.
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing Communications to ensure timely delivery.
- Support rollout of materials across sales and channel touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales support roles.
- Experience executing email campaigns and supporting digital marketing efforts.
- Social media campaigns and content scheduling experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.
- Comfort working in a hands-on environment that includes manual processes and evolving systems.
- Takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and getting work completed with the tools available.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, or channel-driven environments is a plus.
