Job Description

Lokre Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive marketing initiatives across Lokre, Bantr brands, and affiliated properties. This on-site role in Rothschild, Wisconsin can be filled part-time or full-time and reports to the Director of Marketing. The position centers on content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and ensuring brand alignment across channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and refresh flyers, property listings, and promotional collateral
Maintain and update website content
Support Meta ads updates and campaign implementation
Upload and manage email marketing lists, graphics, and sequences
Create lists and execute email sequences through HubSpot
Assist with ongoing email marketing campaigns
Capture content and schedule social media content
Upload graphics and promotions to screens across company properties
Coordinate review outreach and update Google listings
Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels
Write basic marketing copy and promotional messaging
Draft and coordinate press releases
Coordinate communications with media outlets and partners
Assist with content organization and asset management
Review marketing analytics and campaign performance
Assist with reporting and tracking engagement metrics
Identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate photoshoots and content collection as needed
Organize and manage visual assets
Provide creative execution support for marketing campaigns

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Enjoys both creative and operational work
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Interest in hospitality, branding, real estate, marketing, and experiences
Education: Associate (Preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience

Compensation

USD 23 - 26 per hour
