Job Description

Vergence Multifamily seeks an experienced Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator to oversee Solis at Niceville and support social media and digital marketing for the Pensacola-area portfolio. The role emphasizes leasing performance, branding, and resident relations, combining property operations leadership with marketing content creation.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the apartment community to ensure smooth performance.
Direct leasing activities, resident retention, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and customer service.
Track occupancy, delinquency, expenses, leasing traffic, and overall property performance.
Lead on-site staff through supervision, coaching, and support.
Maintain property standards in line with company guidelines.
Foster positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and teammates.
Generate reports and maintain accurate property records.
Support budgeting, review invoices, purchasing, and expense control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations.
Oversee social media marketing for designated Pensacola-area communities.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, and other digital channels.
Develop marketing graphics, captions, property highlights, leasing specials, and resident-focused content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across properties.
Collaborate with on-site teams to collect photos, videos, updates, and community content.
Monitor social media messages, comments, reviews, and engagement.
Assist with email campaigns, online listings, digital advertising, outreach marketing, and other lead-generation activities.
Review online property information to ensure pricing, availability, specials, photos, and details are accurate.
Track marketing performance and recommend strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.

Requirements

At least one year of property management experience.
Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, or apartment marketing.
Strong operational and leasing background.
Technologically proficient and comfortable learning new software and digital tools.
Proficiency with personal computers and standard business software.
Experience using Facebook and Instagram.
Familiarity with Canva, property management software, CRM systems, or online advertising platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of general business and accounting concepts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
Ability to balance property operations with marketing responsibilities for the portfolio.
Team-oriented with leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and growth-focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
