Responsibilities

Prepare quotes for customers and respond to inquiry requests.
Process orders and ensure accurate handling from placement to fulfillment.
Monitor deliveries to keep customers informed of status.
Strive to ensure every client leaves satisfied with the service and solutions provided.
Assist customers in navigating our office supplies and furniture selections, offering recommendations tailored to their needs.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media and email, while keeping our showroom appealing and up to date.

Requirements

Experience in customer service or sales support is required.
Knowledge of Facebook advertising and email marketing.
Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience assisting sales teams with advertising materials and product management tasks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
