iBeAuthentic, a collaborative marketing agency serving the professional beauty industry, is seeking a meticulous Content Coordinator to keep product content and visuals aligned across distributor and client websites. Based in Menominee, Michigan with a hybrid work option, this role supports the Digital Marketing team by ensuring data accuracy and organized asset management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all SKU-related content across client websites, including adding, updating, and removing products.
- Upload and maintain product imagery, descriptions, videos, and promotional materials.
- Generate daily product reports and configure new SKUs within the system.
- Keep regular and promotional product information accurate during campaigns.
- Onboard new brands by uploading product data into the content management system.
- Source product information and imagery from brands and distributors.
- Maintain distributor education pages, including classes, events, and materials.
- Organize and archive promotional assets after campaigns conclude.
- Work regularly in Excel to manage and update product data.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or 2+ years of marketing or content experience preferred.
- Entry-level Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Previous exposure to the beauty industry is preferred.
