Lead business growth and manage marketing execution for 360 Global Solutions in Huntersville, NC (onsite).

Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client and partnership opportunities
Expand the business into new markets and revenue streams through active relationship building
Oversee the marketing department and set strategy, direction, and team priorities
Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to business growth and brand positioning
Oversee or lead trade show planning and execution
Oversee pop-ups and in-store activations
Manage Brand Ambassador programs
Plan and execute national events
Coordinate vendors and event logistics
Own department and event budgets and timelines
Manage full project lifecycles from concept through completion
Collaborate with the Creative Department on branding and creative direction for marketing initiatives
Report directly to the CEO on business development activity and department performance

Proven experience in marketing leadership and business development, ideally at a director level
Track record of winning new business and building client relationships
Ability to bring new business and outside relationships to the agency
Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and overseeing budgets
Comfortable with occasional travel, including multi-day trips as needed
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Based in or willing to relocate to the Huntersville, NC area
Must pass a background check
Must provide 3 verifiable professional references the company can contact
