Job Description

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to guide the company’s online presence from an onsite base in Hilliard, Ohio. This role plans, develops, and executes web, social, and digital strategies to position ADS as a leader in the stormwater space, leveraging storytelling and analytics to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Develop the foundational infrastructure to enable ADS digital transformation.
Integrate disparate systems to deliver a cohesive customer journey.
Lead the digital marketing function and advocate for its strategy across the organization.
Assess software tools and industry trends to support business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendor partners to execute programs.
Optimize campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, paid search, social, and related channels.
Create content that promotes products, services, and sustainability initiatives.
Deploy marketing automation to enhance engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Build a comprehensive attribution and ROI model using digital and social analytics.
Produce dashboards and infographics to translate data into actionable insights.
Track and report digital marketing performance against goals, ROI, and KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Experience with content management systems; Sitefinity is a plus.
CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
Marketing automation experience; Pardot preferred.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience.
Product Information Management (PIM) experience.
Strong expertise in digital analytics, including tagging, attribution, and dashboard development.
Knowledge of website analytics tools.
Ability to travel up to 25 percent.
Strong storytelling capabilities.
Data-driven with solid analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and pivot when needed.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
Understanding of UX/CX and its impact on the digital landscape.
Experience developing digital strategy and programs with measurable ROI.
Experience executing, measuring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Visual content marketing experience.
