Job Description

The Content Marketing Specialist role at Enstrom Candies Inc creates and executes social media, email, and digital marketing content that supports brand engagement, awareness, and business goals. Working alongside the Marketing Director and Creative Director, this onsite position in Grand Junction, CO helps ensure every campaign reflects Enstrom’s brand voice and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Write marketing copy for emails, social posts, and other digital marketing materials.
Source and coordinate photography, graphics, and related assets in collaboration with the Creative Team.
Plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Maintain consistent posting cadence while aligning content to marketing objectives and Enstrom’s brand voice and visual guidelines.
Create content that supports both e-commerce initiatives and Enstrom retail locations.
Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages to build a positive online community that reflects Enstrom’s brand values.
Develop and run seasonal and automated email campaigns supporting brand engagement, retention, e-commerce goals, and in-store promotions.
Collaborate on content calendars and campaign schedules to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and brand standards.
Assist with planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring digital efforts follow established brand tone and visual guidelines.
Provide hands-on support for brand events, activations, and community experiential marketing activities.
Monitor and report performance for email and social campaigns, tracking metrics such as engagement, open rates, and click-through rates to inform future strategy.
Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to align digital content with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Collaborate with Retail and Production departments as needed.
Stay current on trends, best practices, and evolving tools in digital marketing, social media, and email strategy.
Seek feedback and pursue skill development opportunities.

Requirements

A two-year to four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Ability to share a portfolio or examples of prior work in social media, email marketing, or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of visual communication principles and the ability to maintain consistent brand style, tone, and presentation.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction accurately.
Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Express).
Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Willingness to learn internal platforms, including inventory management and project management software.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and willingness to learn how design impacts user experience across digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and file management habits.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
Valid Colorado driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for business use, with demonstrated ability and willingness to drive between company locations and event sites as required.
Ability to work additional hours or travel as needed.
