Responsibilities
- Coordinate StormGuard's event marketing initiatives
- Drive qualified leads for the sales team
- Expand the company's presence within the local community
- Support ongoing company growth through event activity
- Prepare for upcoming events
- Manage event schedules and timelines
- Ensure readiness to deliver a premier experience for homeowners
- Organize home shows, set up booths at community festivals, and assist with retail activations
- Showcase the StormGuard brand and create opportunities to connect with prospective customers
- Engage with homeowners and answer questions about services
- Coordinate event logistics and liaise with vendors and event organizers
- Maintain promotional materials and monitor event performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, field marketing, community outreach, lead generation, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and members of the public
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and event schedules concurrently
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Comfortable with heights

Compensation
- Base salary range: USD 30,000 - 60,000 per year
- Total compensation potential: USD 30,000 – 70,000 per year with incentives and bonuses
- Hours per week: 20 - 30
