As the Associate Director, P2P Marketing at Novartis, you will shape best-in-class education for healthcare professionals and peer-to-peer experiences for the ULT portfolio within the US Integrated Marketing Strategy team. This on-site role in East Hanover, New Jersey, partners with Medical Experts and HCP-facing functions to operationalize programs, track performance, and adapt to demand, with a compensation range of USD 152,600 to 283,400 per year.
Responsibilities
- Apply industry leading practices to deliver high-quality HCP education
- Collaborate with HCP-facing functions to meet education objectives and provide an integrated experience across the field
- Coordinate with HCP Marketers, Thought Leader Liaison, Congress Management and Customer Engagement teams to support HCP education and field communications and training activities as appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial marketing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work effectively as part of a team
- Capability to develop and deliver resources, programs, and tactics on time, within scope and budget, with solid financial acumen
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
