Responsibilities

Brand Champion: Design, develop, and manage marketing and communications initiatives that highlight the Diversicare Difference and our culture of passionate service. Create engaging graphics, brochures, website content, fact sheets, logos, and other promotional materials.
Storytelling: Produce compelling narratives that illustrate the positive impact on residents and their families.
Social Leadership: Build and run a dynamic social media strategy across multiple platforms, overseeing content for all 46 centers. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and stay current with trends and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, sales, and HR to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing and developing sales and marketing training materials
Strong mastery of social media management and a passion for creating engaging content
Exceptional multitasking, project management, and organizational skills
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling
