Sales & Marketing Representative

What you’ll do

• Conduct effective sales calls by identifying referral source needs and driving outcomes through pre and post-call planning, cold call visits to referral facilities, and phone-based appointment setting.
• Build rapport using effective questioning, propose solutions, handle objections, and close.
• Maintain standards of high-quality customer service while responding to new inquiries, setting appointments, and completing new client assessments and paperwork.
• Follow up with referral sources and report on patient progress before services start.
• Execute the sales plan with targeted accounts to increase admissions through in-home care referrals.
• Support collaborative relationships between internal operations and referral sources.
• Represent First Call in a competent, professional, and responsive manner.
• Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related healthcare sales experience (previous home health care sales experience strongly preferred).
• Proven history of sales achievement.
• Strong computer skills.
• Demonstrated success selling and setting appointments over the phone and during cold call facility visits.
• Ability to travel in a defined geographic area.
• Familiarity with insurance and private pay practices.

Compensation and location

$100,000 per year and onsite in Salem, OR 97302 (required).
