Outside Marketing Representative

The Outside Marketing Representative role for Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest focuses on connecting with homeowners directly at their homes to understand window and door needs and coordinate in-home consultations with the sales team.

Role Overview

In this onsite position in Hempstead, NY, you represent the brand in the field, discuss window and door solutions with homeowners, share how the products stand out, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
• Represent the brand to provide information about window and door solutions.
• Navigate assigned neighborhoods efficiently, including substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
• Act as the brand contact in the field by discussing window and door needs and coordinating in-home consultations with the sales team.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal driven.

Compensation

• $20/hour plus uncapped commission bonuses
• Total compensation: $50-60k annually
