Job Description

The Marketing Program Manager for Urology at UCLA Health coordinates planning, development, and execution of marketing activities for UCLA Health and the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, onsite in Los Angeles, California, with a salary range of USD 78,500 to 163,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contributor to planning and delivering marketing initiatives for UCLA Health and DGSOM programs across service lines, coordinating with stakeholders to align with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Marketing and Communications teams to design, develop, and implement marketing activities that support organizational goals.
  • Execute marketing plans and help develop audience-focused strategies for internal and external audiences to promote UCLA Health and DGSOM services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with brand standards and reflect organizational priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Apply professional marketing knowledge to craft campaigns and initiatives and drive their execution.
  • Tackle moderately complex assignments with independent judgment, selecting methods and techniques, with guidance available for ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7 years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting.
  • Judgment to solve moderately complex problems and escalate when needed.
  • Experience supporting market research efforts, including competitive analysis and audience insights.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and supporting marketing programs.
