The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce seeks a part-time Marketing Manager and Member Engagement Coordinator to lead marketing efforts, strengthen member engagement, and support day-to-day office operations, with potential to advance to full-time.

Overview

The chamber is looking for an energetic, creative, and community-minded professional to join the team. This role suits individuals who enjoy building relationships, producing engaging marketing content, attending local events, and supporting area businesses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social media channels, marketing initiatives, and Chamber communications
• Coordinate member engagement activities, ribbon cuttings, and serve as the primary contact for members, visitors, and community partners
• Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, payments, recordkeeping, and general administrative support
• Maintain accurate member records and databases
• Prepare membership packets, certificates, and member communications
• Coordinate ribbon cuttings, grand openings, member recognition activities, and New Member Spotlights
• Respond to member inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist with office operations and member services
• Represent the Chamber throughout the community

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with social media, Canva, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for community involvement
