Winchester Mount Vernon House seeks a Marketing and Community Resource Director to guide outreach, strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, manage digital channels, and track referrals and occupancy to support the organization's mission. This hybrid role is based in Winchester, Massachusetts.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing and Community Resource Director to lead WMVH's marketing and community engagement initiatives in support of the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and community outreach plans
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior centers and referral sources
• Coordinate tours for prospective residents and their families
• Oversee community engagement activities and local networking opportunities
• Maintain and update the organization’s website and social media platforms
• Track referrals and occupancy toward goals
• Represent WMVH in a professional and compassionate manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare or long-term care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with social media and website management
