Field Marketing Representative

The Field Marketing Representative serves as the on-the-ground presence for The Window Doctor, representing the brand at community events and customer touchpoints. This onsite role in Fremont, IN focuses on lead generation, customer communication, and local market support.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend shows, events, fairs, and local events to promote the company and generate lead opportunities
• Implement event marketing strategies designed to attract potential customers
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Visit customers after installations to support brand awareness and encourage social media reviews
• Share company information across neighboring areas near the installation site
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth

Salary and Compensation

USD 60,000 - 85,000 per year, with additional monthly commission. The monthly average commission is listed as $2,000 to $4,000.

Required Qualifications

• High energy, people-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of event marketing techniques to create engaging attendee experiences
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form for customer interactions
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify target audiences for marketing campaigns
• Marketing experience or a strong desire to learn and develop marketing skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work; a company vehicle is provided for canvassing
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Ability to get to and from work (company vehicle provided to canvass, but you must be able to reach the work locations)
