Field Marketing Representative

As a Field Marketing Representative for The Window Doctor, you will help grow local brand visibility while generating lead opportunities in and around Coldwater, MI. This onsite, in-person role blends event promotion, direct customer conversations, and post-install visits to encourage social media reviews and ongoing awareness.

You will represent the company at community events, communicate with customers to understand their needs, and support market research efforts to uncover new growth opportunities for the territory.

What you’ll do

• Attend shows, events, fairs, and local community gatherings to promote services and generate lead opportunities
• Put event marketing strategies into action to attract potential customers
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Visit customers after installations to build brand awareness and support social media reviews
• Share company information across neighboring areas of the installation site
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth

• Knowledge of event marketing techniques to create engaging attendee experiences
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective customer interactions
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify target audiences for marketing campaigns
• Marketing experience, or a strong desire to learn and develop marketing skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid drivers license (required)
• Ability to get to and from work, with a company vehicle provided to canvass

Pay and schedule

• Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 per year
• Monthly commission: average $2,000 to $4,000
• Job type: Full-time
• Work location: In person (onsite in Coldwater, MI)
