Field Marketing Representative

In Findlay, Ohio, EverDry Waterproofing is seeking a dedicated Field Marketing Representative to engage with homeowners, share the EverDry story, and coordinate complimentary foundation inspections without a selling push. This on-site role centers on building trust, understanding customer needs, and coordinating inspections as part of a collaborative marketing effort in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with homeowners to foster trust and loyalty
• Identify customer needs and present EverDry Home Health Services as appropriate solutions
• Schedule Free Foundation inspections for interested homeowners
• Follow up on leads to maximize engagement and opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and scheduled appointments
• Work independently with effective time management in a door-to-door setting
• Present products clearly to highlight their benefits
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall marketing objectives
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Compensation

• Pay: $660.00 – $1,200.00 per week
• Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Full-time
• Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
