Event Marketing Specialist

Everdry Waterproofing is hiring a part-time Event Marketing Specialist to support customer-facing events in Appleton, WI. This role is designed for flexible availability, with work typically ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week depending on scheduled events and seasonal demand.

Events commonly take place in the evenings and/or on weekends. The busiest period runs through Spring, Summer, and early Fall, so planning ahead and staying organized are key to keeping booth activity and lead follow-up on track.

Role overview

In this onsite position, you will help set up a simple but polished event booth, engage homeowners during scheduled events, and support the process that connects event interest to inspection scheduling and potential waterproofing or foundation repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Transport and set up a simple, but sharp event booth for scheduled events.
• Assist homeowners in entering a FREE Yeti brand cooler drawing.
• Schedule FREE 20-point basement and foundation inspections with homeowners.
• Generate good-quality leads that turn into a sale of a basement waterproofing solution or a foundation repair project.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for all scheduled trainings and shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• A positive mental attitude.
• Desire to be part of a team and a cause.
• Physical ability to transport and set up a simple, but sharp event booth.

Pay and job details

• Part time
• Location: In person (Appleton, WI onsite)
• Hourly pay: USD $16 - $30 per hour
• Starting wage: $16/hour
