Event and Retail Marketing Promoter

Capital Remodeling, Inc. seeks an energetic Event and Retail Marketing Promoter to strengthen brand presence onsite in North Bethesda, MD through in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand confidently in retail stores, promotional events, and community gatherings to attract attention and generate interest
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to explain features and benefits and encourage product trial and purchase
• Collect customer data during events to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies
• Build rapport through friendly communication, personalized service, and attentive listening to foster lasting customer relationships
• Promote products by articulating value propositions, addressing sales objections professionally, and closing sales effectively
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution, maintain branding consistency, and optimize the customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Strong customer data collection skills, including accurate recording of customer information and feedback during promotions
• Experience in event marketing or promotional campaigns to plan, execute, and evaluate successful outreach efforts
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking, client interaction, and collaboration with teammates
• Knowledge of retail store products plus technical proficiency to demonstrate features effectively
• Customer relationship building skills to foster trust and loyalty through personalized engagement
• Confidence handling sales objections while maintaining a positive attitude
• In-person customer service expertise combined with strong branding awareness to represent the company professionally at all times
