Canvasser (Door-to-Door Marketing)

G and H Solutions seeks a Canvasser to perform door-to-door appointment setting for a home improvement business. This onsite role offers USD 20 - 26 per hour plus bonuses, with a Sunday through Thursday schedule, travel between locations, and opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Compensation

Hourly wage: USD 20 - 26 per hour. Bonus opportunities include stay bonuses up to $2,100, daily appointment setting bonuses up to $500+, top canvassers earning an extra $2,500-$5,000+ monthly bonus, and leadership positions available for those with two years of experience from $24-$28+/hour.

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks. Travel between locations is required, using company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Get appointments at the door.
• Talk to people to generate appointments at the door.
• Work in different areas and commute to each location using company vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in canvassing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Ability to travel to different areas and commute in company vehicles.
• In-person work location.
• Two years of experience for leadership positions.
